Derby girlz

Auntie Emmy, Bells and I went to Everett for a banked track derby tournament.  What a hoot!  She is gaining quite the fun and sassy attitude... I love spending time with my girl out on fun adventures!

Beach weekend with the Foys!

What a fun weekend at the beach house!  The Foys came down for a couple of days and we had a blast playing on the beach, relaxing and eating tons of great food.  The kids found some great shells and we went searching for seals out on the water.  The sleepover in the living room was so much fun for them too!!

Strawberries at Picha's

The Stemps have a long history with the Picha berry farms...Dusty worked at this very u-pick field when he was a teenager and we come back every year to pick some berries (or at least buy some).  They get frozen and turned into sweet treats all year long at our house!  I'm sure she ate more than we actually took home but it was so fun!  I don't know how people can pick these berries all day long - our backs were aching after a half hour.  Sheesh....maybe we're just getting old.  :)

Summer fun in Puyallup

The summer finally got nice here in August and we started having some great weather!  We've kept ourselves really busy this summer with lots of fun activities around the area and some quick trips out of it too!

Dusty and Bella went to a couple of the kid craft days at Lowe's...this particular day they built a tow truck!  She loved using the hammer and pounding in those tiny nails.

Wading pool at the library park...thank goodness I just picked up a swimsuit at Target clearance for next summer that I had in the car.  I always forget about the wading pool being open and she hops right in wearing all her clothes.  :)

Patti and Jordan's wedding

This was the event of the summer for Miss Bella!  She got to be a flowergirl in Patti and Jordan's wedding and it's literally the topic of daily conversation for months preceding the big day!  She was so excited to "get married to Patti and Jordan" and wear her princess dress.  It was an amazing wedding and so much fun to be with all the family to celebrate such a great couple who are so special to us!  Bella and Adie did a fantastic job as the flowergirls and we were so proud of them!  Here's just a few pictures from the weekend....   Love you J & P!
